1. How to order?
- You can order via email, order form or sms.

2. What are the payment methods?
- Bank transfer, i-Banking, Paypal, cash deposit and meet-up.

3. Where are the collection points?
- Bedok, Pasir Ris and Town.

4. Any collection method without meeting up?
- Registered or normal postage.

5. Does my album come with poster?
- All posters will be subjected to availability, if there is stock our supplier from Korea will send it. If it is folded poster that will be encased in the album, it will definitely be there.

6. Do you do COD?
- No, we will only entertain paid orders so we don't have to deal with people who backout.

7. What if I'm late for a meet up?
- Grace time of 10-15 minutes shall be given during meet up. In case of unforeseen circumstances due to natural causes or those that are not in our control. We seek the same compromise from you.

8. Are the albums counted in the charts?
- Yes, definitely. We want to support our idols as much as you too.

9. Why is your price higher/lower than other blogshops?
- We try to keep the price to the minimum so as to provide as much support as we can to fellow kpop fans.

10. How long can I delay collection for my items?
- Items will be kept for maximum 3 weeks after we sent out the notice for collection. In order to keep up with the demand and we're running low on space, we seek your understanding.

11. When do I have to pay postage fees?
- You will be required to do a second payment when the item(s) you ordered has arrived.

12. Do you supply?
- No we don't supply, our rates are already at the minimum.

13. Will there be discount if I want to mass order?
- Our prices are practically like wholesale rate, I can try to give a discount but usually it's not much.
