So..........
1. For certain comebacks or certain merchandise (eg: 2014 season greetings), we will be holding this special preorder, we will give it a special deadline. Those who ordered within or by the given deadline, will get their items the fastest! Something like, express queue.
You see right, when your favourite group has a comeback you will be very kanchiong about it right? Especially if there is a photocard or other novelties. We make it special in a sense where we will ship it as soon as the warehouse packs our orders when it's released. It can be as fast as about 3 working days after release date, we will give it latest by a week.
As Sky and I are both working full time now, we can't really cater to your convenience, however you guys can meet us after work? We'll try our best to meet up with everyone asap when the shipment arrives. We can meet at AMK, Aljunied, Bedok, that is if you're really kanchiong and must collect asap. If not, we can meet at Orchard/Somerset and other places during the weekends (or when we don't have work).
PLEASE NOTE: We will be having a special mass order collaboration with a few fanbases, just to try out this new method of preorder and test the waters. Hopefully it will be a success because it'd definitely be of a huge convenience for you as a consumer and ourselves as well. This concept is put into place as we put ourselves in your shoes, usually we will be the first ones to get the goods so we don't experience much wait, as a fellow kpop fan we totally understand the importance of getting the album, seeing what photocard is it and etc. Let's cross our fingers and hope this works!
P/S: I'll be jobless from 21st onwards but I'm flying off to Korea on 22nd and will be back in December.
2. I've discussed with Sky about the list of items for giveaway, but I still have no idea on how to carry it out yet. I'm open to suggestions? Please email me if you have any interesting ideas!

3. Reaction time being the time we use to reply your email or tweet. For me I don't have any control over blogshop related texts because Sky is holding onto that number. If you need me, you can either email me or tweet me. Since now that we have two person running this blog, the reaction time should be shorter....... by right........ by left I don't know.
I check for emails and mentions every few hours so it'd be better if you email or tweet us. Since we're both working, we seek your understanding if Sky doesn't reply you by the minute, considering that we usually have a large volume of inquiries on stuff. Anything urgent, twitter is your best bet. Though I'm still trying to get used to all these again, I'll try to help you to the best I can.
