Hi everyone!
We have a very important announcement to make, starting from the management of the blogshop. Ohmyshisus has been around for 3 years and counting, since I (XY) started it from scratch with another friend, and somehow I ran it single-handedly for quite some time before I couldn't cope with the stress then Sky took over. We're best friends of almost 8 years now and we're both working full-time at the moment, she couldn't cope so she called me back to help her with it.
You can see that the layout of the blog has changed, but that's not all. We'd start change more things but we haven't got the time yet. So hope you guys can wait for us patiently.
Anyway, to put things into place, we've changed quite a few things so read on for the new additions:
1. Order form has been revised, though it still works the same way. It's highly preferred that you use that because we're usually pretty busy at work to reply emails. We do reply, but we might take quite a while due to our work.
2. We've changed the updating of order status to google doc, you can find it under the page as before but you'll have to be linked to the google doc to check. Do check it out! We'll update if the item arrived already. As we usually have a high volume of orders, we might ship them in batches so it will be based on release date and other factors. In this case you can check if you order has arrived or not, instead of always asking us via text, email or twitter.
3. When all items have arrived, we'll be sending you a notice of arrival, which we will state the date in the order status google doc as well. This is to implement our new system/rule whereby we will keep the items for a maximum of 3 weeks. Like I've mentioned, we usually have a high volume of orders so we need to move the old orders out to accomodate the new shipments. We seek your understanding in this matter.
4. From our order status page, it also states meet up and shipping status. I've created and shared a google calendar so that you can check it for updates instead 10 people asking us the same questions everyday. For confirmed meet up appointments will also be updated there, in case you forgot or you just want to check. Currently this function is not ready yet, we still need time to get it up and running.
5. As I've mentioned on Twitter, we just passed our 3rd anniversary. For thanking everyone for your support so far as well as a celebration, we will be doing monthly giveaways from now on, starting from the month of November. You don't need to do anything much actually because winner(s) will be randomly chosen.
I will be posting up the details really soon, don't worry. Specially for November, we will have a few items to be given away! What's more, for those who placed an order with us will have double the chance of winning the giveaway, the count will reset every month so don't wait anymore!
6.We'd like to know more about what we can improve on, so from 1st Nov to 15th Nov, we'd request for all our customers or friends or those customers who became our friends to email us and give us feedback on what we've been doing good. Also, not only that, kindly feedback to us what we can improve on as well. This is to initiate our "back to basics" movement, please support. Thank you.
I apologise for this really long post, just to note, our giveaway will be on every last day of the month. After such a long time, people tend to lose sight of what they were orginally after. We hope to continue supporting SG kpop fans for their passion for kpop in the years to come.
